Michael Clayton (2007, Tony Gilroy) Grade A

This film only got 14 total votes across 11 best of the decade categories but it contains Tom Wilkenson's, Tilda Swinton's and George Clooney's best performances of the Aughts.    The film itself is pretty good too.

every single one of these statements is incorrect.  (esp Wilkenson who is just awful here.)

I am bored to tears by this move. I have tried to watch it three times and have been unable to follow it and proceeded to fall asleep everytime

All this hate has inspired me to watch it over again from the beginning.  :)

(hate's not the right word, but you know what I mean)

I have nothing against personally and I did think Swinton was great in it. It's just not my kind of movie I don't think.

Easy argument to end...

The Family Guy is the dumbest show to ever air on TV. It thinks one thing is funny, making stupid pop culture references. It is actually pretty bad at even that, it's sole purpose.

Hey Clovis,

I agree! Maybe not the dumbest (*Ahem*), but it's not good.
I actually consider a lot of movies to be life-changing! I take them to my heart and they melt into my personality.

My Super Sweet 16 is great. It's not Jersey Shore (Season 2 coming soon!), but it's pretty fun. Lesser MTV, that's to be sure.

The Family Guy is mediocre, but it's no The West Wing when it comes to bad TV.  :)

The Secret in Their Eyes

Quote
Is this the best foreign language film of 2009? I would doubt it, and I doubt I will ever truly know, but this film is fantastic.

Read all about it at Processed Grass.

this would indicate that Seth's other two shows are better than this one... that is something I cannot abide.
