Well I was going to try to do a snazzy presentation with pictures and such, but anything I could whip up would just look pathetic next to the stellar work by CG and toro.  I was also going to wait a couple weeks to see if Noir-vember changed my list at all, but to heck with it.  Maybe for next year.

Great lists and really cool presentations, GC and toro. Now we're going to have to work extra hard to make the final list pretty!

Please also PM me your lists in in this format in addition to posting here.

toro, we're accepting lists of 50 to make a final list of 100 directors. We found that 50 worked well last time with every director on the list receiving a fair number of votes at the end. So can I just use your top 50?

Edit: Lovely list, MT.  Especially love seeing S. Ray that high on your list :).

I have already made a list of 51 directors. Also, Corey, I lied. Steven Spielberg is under consideration. But I'll probably cut him out to put Buñuel in instead.

Now just to figure out how I order this mess into a list that is even more messy and incoherent.
