I love Draco, but have to go with Joe Don Baker.  He is just one of the most entertaining actors around.
Kevin: Yes, why does there have to be evil?

Supreme Being: I think it has something to do with free will.

Verna: I suppose you think you raised hell.

Tom: Sister, when I've raised hell you'll know it.

Man, I just want to vote for Raoul so bad. Kerim Bey, Valentin, Wade and Columbo are a ton of fun too. And Draco and Mathis are really solid. But I keep being magnetically drawn to Raoul.

All the allies with mustaches are great. I almost, almost voted for Kerim Bey (cause he's awesome and is in my favourite film) but went with Mathis. Love that actor.
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

Yea, I think Rene Mathis benefits from having a great actor behind his character.

I always thought Giannini was the one actor in Casino Royale who still thought he was in a tongue-in-cheek Roger Moore style Bond. I love Robbie Coltrane (who's just as great an actor as Giannini, Sam) but my wife has me leaning towards Jack Wade, who really was a hoot and a half.

I think my votes in all these polls are for Goldfinger or FRWL.
