Had to go with OHMSS.  Glad to see it's currently in the lead.  :P
Kevin: Yes, why does there have to be evil?

Supreme Being: I think it has something to do with free will.

Verna: I suppose you think you raised hell.

Tom: Sister, when I've raised hell you'll know it.

Goldfinger - the only one I feel is worth owning (FRWL comes close)

I get so excited by the idea of James Bond movies, but whenever I revisit them it's always "this is not as cool as I remember".

I haven't even said anything yet, but I guess that means you know I was going with Casino Royale (2006).

I know Casino Royale ('06) is my favorite, but my specific rankings tend to change a bit. So I'll just do good, okay, and bad ratings.

Casino Royale
For Your Eyes Only
From Russia with Love
Goldeneye
Goldfginer
License to Kill
The Living Daylights
On Her Majesty's Secret Service
Quantum of Solace
The Spy Who Loved Me
Thunderball

Dr. No
Live and Let Die
The Man with the Golden Gun
The World is Not Enough
You Only Live Twice

Diamonds are Forever
Die Another Day
Moonraker
Octopussy
Tomorrow Never Dies
A View to a Kill

I've said it before and I'll say it again here, From Russia With Love. It's got great peformances, a sense of cool that few other episodes match, great action, building tension throughout, and a good old fashioned spy-type story. Like, an actual spy-type story. I mean, the guy is supposed to be a spy, we tend to forget that little detail.
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

I'd love to hear a report an what your idea of being a cinematic spy is and how it normally differs from what James Bond does. Take any Bond film and strip away the spectacular action sequences and parade of beautiful woman and you're left with some excellent spying.
