Remember you don't have to submit a full ballot. At this point in the game, if you just want to vote for the select handful of nominees (one, two, five, ten, whatever) that you're truly passionate about, that'd be awesome.

Voting is super easy. Not voting is kind of dumb.

QFT.

Thanks for doing all this, pix!  Love the stats.

I'm really happy with our ballot this year - so many films I love on it.  (Why can't the Oscars be more like us, hey? :) )  I'm disappointed I couldn't get to either A Separation or We Need to Talk About Kevin before nomination time; both films open in a couple of weeks here.  (Would WNtTAK have been eligible next year if it hadn't been nominated for editing this year?)

Films I'm really looking forward to checking out before Filmspot time:
Certified Copy
A Separation
Beginners
Shame
Warrior
Super 8
Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives
Pina
We Need to Talk About Kevin
Hanna
Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol
Attack the Block
Bridesmaids

Kind of looking forward to these:
The Descendants
Moneyball
Rango
Summer Wars
The Muppets

Not sure if I'll bother with these:
The Adventures of Tintin
Kung Fu Panda 2
Winnie the Pooh

You have Another Year listed as nominated for best original screenplay on the ballot, but The Tree of Life on your Nominations by Film.

Yeah, I believe so.

D'oh, it should be The Tree of Life and not Another Year. Fixed now.

I think you had it wrong on the ballot too. This makes me very unhappy as Another Year would have been my lock for that category, now I'm not sure I want to pick any of them.

Anyway:

Excited To See:
Take Shelter
Martha Marcy May Marlene

Wish It Hadn't Been Nominated So It Would Be Eligible Next Year:
We Need To Talk About Kevin (not sure I'll get to see this in time)

Will See But Am Not Excited:
The Interrupters
Pina

Voting Weight In Animation Isn't THAT Important To Me:
Kung Fu Panda 2
