Tough choice for me because the 'bigger' foreign language ones will probably play Philly or my local theater (assuming I have not moved within the year), and most of the English language ones are highly likely to play around here at some point if they build buzz or whatever. That said, hard to pass up Haneke.

I'm not sure what I will vote for yet though, I want to watch those trailers first and do some imdb searches before making a commitment.

Had to go with Dominik.

I absolutely love Assassination of Jesse James, so the prospect of Dominik and Pitt reunited would be too tough to resist.

If I had one ticket I would send Abu Qatada to Cannes.

Vinterberg...whether or not this film is Dogme, the Danish Dogme directors have all worked out well for me in their other work too.

Went with the Carax. If good it can be brilliant, but also has an equal chance of being a dud.

Hong Sangsoo!

Because almost all the others I'll want to see will play here eventually, but Hong never does.

Had to be true to myself and vote for the one I'm most looking forward to: Moonrise Kingdom.  Even though that's the one that's going to be the easiest to see in wide release.  But I like a lot of those other directors, too.
