Note: Lines in blue are those with multiple mentions.

12 Angry Men
"We're talking about somebody's life here. We can't decide it in five minutes."

Bitter Victory:
"Tell him all the things that women have said to the men before they go to the wars. Tell him he's a hero. Tell him
he's a good man. Tell him you'll be waiting for him when he comes back. Tell him he'll be making history."
"I'm a kind of mirror of your own weakness."

The Bridge on the River Kwai
"Do not speak to me of rules. This is war! This is not a game of cricket!"
"There are times when suddenly you realize you're nearer the end than the beginning."
"I hate the British! You are defeated but you have no shame. You are stubborn but you have no pride.
You endure but you have no courage. I hate the British!"

A Face in the Crowd
"They're mine. I own 'em. They think like I do. Only they're even more stupid than I am, so I gotta think for 'em."

Forty Guns
"She's a high-riding woman... with a whip!"

Funny Face
"Duval, please! I can't hear myself think, and I'm trying to think in French!"

Heaven Knows Mr. Allison
"Well, they don't seem to beat their gums on very hopeful poop."

Nightfall
"They come and they go." "Troubles?" "No, smiles."

Paths of Glory
"If those little sweethearts won’t face German bullets, they’ll face French ones.”
"Gentlemen of the court, there are times that I'm ashamed to be a member of the human race and this is one such occasion. "

Quantez
"This brush only paints red."

Slaughter on Tenth Avenue
"I'll make you King Jerk of the whole world. You'll smell so bad even the flies won't bother. I finish up with you, your head
feels like somebody's been stomping on it with spiked shoes. Huh? What do you say, kid, huh?"

Sweet Smell Of Success
"You're dead son. Get yourself buried."
"Match me, Sidney."
"The cat's in a bag and the bag's in a river."
"I'd hate to take a bite outta you. You're a cookie full of arsenic."
"Mr. Falco, let it be said at once, is a man of 40 faces, not one - none too pretty, and all deceptive. You see that grin?
That's the, eh, that's the Charming Street Urchin face. It's part of his helpless act: he throws himself upon your mercy.
He's got a half-dozen faces for the ladies. But the one I like, the really cute one, is the quick, dependable chap. Nothing
he won't do for you in a pinch - so he says. Mr. Falco, whom I did not invite to sit at this table tonight, is a hungry press
agent, and fully up to all the tricks of his very slimy trade. "
"Don't be a two-time loser, Sidney. The penalty could be severe."
"I never thought I'd make a killing on some guy's 'integrity.''"
"It's a dirty job, but I pay clean money for it."
"That's fish four days old. I won't buy it!"

The Tin Star
"You're more temporary than you think."

Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter
"That's right Sweetie, I'm president of Rita Marlowe Productions, Incorporated, but Miss Marlowe is the titular head."
"Well, I'll be a writer's subplot. You have."
"If talent had anything to do with success, then Brooks Brothers would go out of business. Movie studios would be
     turned into supermarkets."
"We're warming up a top rewrite team to rewrite the last top rewrite team."

Witness for the Prosecution
"I am constantly surprised that women's hats do not provoke more murders."
"If you were a woman, Miss Plimsoll, I would strike you."
"I never faint because I am not sure that I will fall gracefully and I never use smelling salts because they puff up the eyes.
     I am Christine Vole."

Zero Hour!
"I guess I picked the wrong week to give up smoking."
"Our survival hinges on one thing - finding someone who not only can fly this plane, but didn't have fish for dinner. "

Sweet Smell of Success
"You haven't got a drop of respect in you for anything alive.  You're so immersed in the theology of making a fast buck."

"Leo, this is the first clean thing I've seen you do in years."

"What you do now, Mr. Falco, is crow like a hen.  You have just laid an egg."

"Be warned, son. I'll have to blitz you."

"For all the things you've done, J.J...I-I know I should hate you. But I don't. I pity you."

"Come back, Sidney.  I wanna chastise you."

"Look back and see if she's still standing there."
-"She's still standing there."
"When in doubt, seduce."

There's a good one in The Tin Star about bounty hunting and other legal money making endeavors.  Anyone have the film on hand?  It was Fonda's first scene in the sheriff's office with the doctor and other men.

Is it one of these?

"I'm not the law. I work inside it for money. Same as you do if you're in a legal business."

"Wanted him dead or alive, which is kind of a hint, sounds like to me."

Yup, the first one is it.

The second is great, too.

I like this one, too.  Pulled from IMDb.  Though, I don't remember it quite like this:

"Don't fool yourself. Man lives alone - like me - gets kinda selfish. He gives you anything you can be sure he's gettin' his money's worth. "

I like all three.
