I locked this thread out of frustration, especially when attempts to revive it brought responses like this...

I think we can just assume that we've settled on the 10 greatest living directors and leave it at that.
I get that it's comedy, but the death of the relay races before others got a chance to change the roster hit a raw nerve.

I was thinking of a similar idea the other day but with stricter 3-Day guidelines, but I couldn't bring myself to post it and watch the idea blockade again.
