recently saw this on netflix streaming; a nice little film.

I really liked it. I think the film has a few other fans around here as well.

i tried to explain the story to my brother...then felt silly after talking about the girl being a selke or not... :) i was like, just watch it.

I really liked the idea of a modern day selkie story but I wish it had been more magical realist - I felt the thriller elements of the film really didn't work. And I disliked the way Jordan salivated over Bachleda-Curus, the slow-mo shots of her with clinging wet clothes were really OTT. Even so, it's always nice to see Chris Doyle behind the camera.
