Exploitation/B Pictures/Oddities

Tempting!

There is easily enough to warrant the category.

We'll need a ruling on whether Edvard Munch counts as a "documentary".  Cartesius too, maybe.

We'll just go ahead give The Conversation an honorary award for Sound.

Here's what we went with for 1957:

score/soundtrack?

Score

Am I missing something? Won't Score be there by default, since no one's suggesting removal?

I was also thinking something like ¡Keith!'s Soundtrack idea, though. Someone in another topic (can't remember who or where) made an off-hand comment that it's usually the use of non-original music that turns out the best in a film, and I agree, so I wondered about that. Looking at the possibilities for 1974, I don't see a lot of examples of that, though ("Puttin' on the Ritz" from Young Frankenstein notwithstanding). So I'm torn about going with it this time.

Although 1974 certainly deserves its own category for B movies, just like 1957 deserves its own for Westerns, that's a lot of work to catch up on those films in just a couple months.
