I finished BOJACK HORSEMAN. I loved it. I wish there were more shows like it.

I finished Steven Universe (the original series) for the second time.  It’s going on my list of best all time shows.  I want to watch it again.

Just finished season 1 of HBO's Succession. Don't understand the love this show gets. Seems pretty average to me. Not enough Brian Cox too.

Season 2 is, I think, markedly better. Nicely mixes the detail story with strong episodic storytelling.

S2 seems to be where it really broke in to the mainstream, fwiw I think that S1 is way better, though both are very good.

Living with my parents means that at nights if we are all together we have to find something we can all enjoy. For a while it was Frasier, which is the only sitcom I've ever been able to get into. There was just a lot of smart writing and it didn't feel as fake and staged as I find most sitcoms. Well, we finally finished it and are now at a loss for what to watch. My parents are rewatching Gilmore Girls for the third time when I'm not at the TV, but I'm hankering for something new.

They started watching Locke and Key the other day and I remember enjoying the graphic novel series (except for the art which wasn't bad, just not for me) so I decided to start playing catchup. Watched the first episode and it's well done. I'm not sold on the characters yet, but I have a feeling that it took a while for me to like them in the comic too. I'm gonna keep watching because I obviously love the high concept and want to see more shows like this.

Chernobyl - Super solid and watchable. A lot of it was blowing my mind.

Just finished I'm Not Okay with This most enjoyable/excellent. I will have to say the performance by Sophia Lillis was great, if the series had been a film, definite candidate for performance of the year. She was also really good in Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase from last year.

Moved onto Jericho which attained cult status. I'm about 20 episodes in and it's solid stuff. The first few episodes are harrowing and it's probably the most down to earth look at nuclear apocalypse I've seen.
