I'm just waiting for someone to call me out for not being a fan of Do the Right Thing.
Considering how often it's mentioned in Filmspotting and the way it's talked about, it seems to be untouchable. I watched it in a theatre when it came out and I remember not liking it at all. I couldn't sympathise with people smashing stuff and I also remember it as slow and sedating.
I have no idea if I'd feel the same way about it today. It might have changed. So I bailed out a bit and gave it a coward 5, which I still think can annoy some of you. If you would have asked me right after I watched it, it would have been a 2.
