Not that I want to disagree with the findings though having taken a 2 other profiles (DiSC and NPI), this seems most inconsistent with what I believe

https://www.verywellmind.com/esfj-extraverted-sensing-feeling-judging-2795983

If I look at this, more or less would agree with the BOLD

Strengths
Kind and loyal
Outgoing
Organized
Practical and dependable

Enjoys helping others
Weaknesses
Needy
Approval-seeking
Sensitive to criticism

Almost none of the suggested career choices make sense to me

Popular ESFJ Careers
Childcare
Nursing
Teaching
Social work
Counseling
Physician
Receptionist
Bookkeeper
Office manager

The NPI test I took for work gave me career choices of accounting (done it), economics (studied it and finance), algebra, sciences, IT, business analysis (what I do).  NPI seems to split the scores into Brain quadrants (L1, L2, R1, R2) and it scored me high L1:

Broadly:
Comfortable with factual, logic, rational, critical thinking, being precise and accurate in approach. Gets frustrated if he does not have all the facts, realism is important.

Low preference in R2 -unlikely to enjoy constant interactions with others, prefers to work on own or small team. Not comfortable in an environment that requires him to be emotional sensitive and show empathy and support on an ongoing basis.

Seems closer to what I believe.  I did hurry through the test between meetings, maybe I should take it undistracted with more thought, or a different one not to be influenced by the same choices if they are not all the same

Just retook the test recently and it has shown the first change in type since I was a teen.  I have always tested as INTJ and I recently tested as INFJ.  Looking at the personality of an INFJ, I can see how that the shift may have happened.

ENTJ
Extravert(22%)  iNtuitive(50%)  Thinking(25%)  Judging(56%)

You have slight preference of Extraversion over Introversion (22%)
You have moderate preference of Intuition over Sensing (50%)
You have moderate preference of Thinking over Feeling (25%)
You have moderate preference of Judging over Perceiving (56%)

Above was 8 years ago, it seems I'm still the same, only the percentages have changed.

Just retook the test recently and it has shown the first change in type since I was a teen.  I have always tested as INTJ and I recently tested as INFJ.  Looking at the personality of an INFJ, I can see how that the shift may have happened.

This just happened to me. I'd been shown to be INTJ every time I've taken this in various professional settings and legit online tests. Now, I'm INFJ.

Introvert (22%) - iNtuitive (38%) - Feeling (19%) - Judging (6%)

Still, one argument against the test that I agree with very much, is that your preferences change with the situation, time, etc. But it's for fun. And for fun, I've gone from Thinking to Feeling, the least surprising of any shift I'd go through; maybe Perceiving taking over for Judging will come next, that's a very small margin. And guess what? It has my career path going through the social services, including education. Shocking! Well, at least it's not off.

I think I used to be INFP and switched to INTJ. Haven’t taken it for a decade or so  though.

I'm still an INFP, but am a good scheduler (J) out of sheer necessity.

Not a personality test but a self-test nonetheless. A memory test. I found it after I saw it promoted by this guy in an interview. It's for research purposes, but I found it pretty fun.

I managed 83.33% on day 1, and 70% on day 2. (the test is short, but it takes place over two days so you won't have a result until after you complete part 2 on your second day)
