A ranking of their most notable films from
this website (which I refer to for film rankings & charts more than any other website)
Hitchcock [H] Kubrick (K)
(borrowed 1SO's MartinTeller's color-categorization for this)The number in parenthesis is their overall ranking in the site's film charts (typically, a film in the Top 500 is an excellent film. Anything within the Top 1500 is considered a great one.)
Ranking of their most notable films:

22. [H] The Lady Vanishes (#1148)
23. [H] Frenzy (#1212)
24. (K) Lolita (#1293)So in that 1st tier, Kubrick has seven and Hitchcock has four. Kubrick also has 4 of the Top 5.
Hitchcock dominates the 2nd tier though and pretty much everything until the bottom of the list.
Also, outside of the Kubrick's films listed, he only has Spartacus and Killer's Kiss, which are arguably his lesser works. Hitchcock on the other hand, still has a lot of other well regarded films.
So in terms of quality, it seems Kubrick has it by being a tad more outstanding than Hitchcock. In terms of quantity of quality films, Hitchcock has so much though.
Personally, I've seen a lot of their films and I voted Hitchcock, but this thread has made me want to do a marathon of their films for comparison.
I thought the numbers would just be very interesting.
