Top 5 Most disturbing movies

What are your top 5 most disturbing movies.  Irreversible by Gasper Noe comes to mind.  Even Seven was like that for me.  A really good movie that was not an overall fun experience.

Just finished watching Bad Guy from Kim Ki-duk and would put it up there along with his The Isle.  Audition or another number of films from Miike

I would agree with Irreversible. The other one that came to mind is the 2007 french horror film Inside.

I have reason to believe that Salo is particularly disturbing. Of coarse I wouldn't know because I'll probably never see it...  :-[

Writer/Director Geoffrey Wright makes the skinheads the leads. They're the people you get to know. The Vietnamese are just a bunch of people, yet they are the good guys in this story. I found it disturbing that Wright puts us into the mindset of the jerks, as if you're supposed to cheer when they're beating up the Vietnamese locals and should feel bad when they're getting their ass handed to them. Challenging the audience by flipping sympathies like that is brilliant - I love this film - but it makes for a very disturbing watch.
