I'm very into this show. Alongside Fargo, it's the best thing running right now. Everything kind of works perfectly and Carrie Coon is absolutely amazing.

The only thing I don't like is that the structure of this season seems like it will necessitate some repeated scenes or whatever to fill in gaps. There's some kind of redundancy in seeing the diner scene in Ep 2 and then again in Ep 3. I do like the benefits of this POV style, though, so I'll just sit over here and let the mystery be.

No Room at the Inn

Well, that was something!

I can hardly believe my eyes, great script, great acting.  I am enthralled.

Well, we can add "Lens" to the list of best tv episodes of all time. Throw it between "Two Cathedrals" and "The Constant" and it fits right in. Amazing pair of closing scenes. Just impossibly great television.

I just learned this is from Damon Lindelof, so how can it possibly be good?

Be cause he does two things amazingly well: characters and mysteries. And he has found a way to have not answering questions be a central aspect of what makes the show work. And he is answering questions now, and it is totally awesome. Plus Carrie Coon helps.

It isn't, at least as far as last season goes, not sure about this season. I can say that the opening theme for the second season is really good.

Season 2 is definitely Lindelof... just not the Lost version of Lindelof.  Much improved.

I watched 6 eps of Lost and switched it off.  Every episode of Leftovers leaves me aching for more.

Yes, Carrie Coon, excellent in every way possible.

Top 10 season of a TV show I've ever seen, I think. Maybe top 5.

The Leftovers will return for a third and final season. No word on how sweaty Justin Theorux's character will be.
