The money exchange doesn't bother me, but I will turn the toilet paper around. :)

A. People who put toilet paper so it rolls off the top are insane.

B. If you don't want your coins on top of your bills, put your bills away faster. Or hold out your other hand.

There are still the cashiers who place the coins on top of the bills before handing you the whole stack together.

I think I'd love how awkward it'd be, or how awkward it should be.

Cleaning up a roll of unspooled toilet paper after your cat (or child) has madly spun it is worse.

I've never seen this happen outside of TV commercials, though I have neither of those things.

It happens. It sucks.

It's much harder for such a creature to unspool a roll that comes out the back. A cat simply swipes down on the roll. If it comes out the top, the roll unspools unabated. If it comes out the back, the roll just spins with everything neatly in place. Same with kids, although, having thumbs, they can learn to grip the paper coming out the back and unspool it that way. Point is: kids are the worst.
