This MattDrukfe guy who has a comedy album on Spotify...

Just have to know, is the riding the bear story true?  Never remembered that part of history.

It is mentioned in a few books. Jefferson is a crazy president. One of my favorite stories is actually mentioned in a Chuck Klosterman book, where Jefferson tells Lewis & Clark that he needs to know IMMEDIATELY if, on their search west of our unknown country, they run into any mastodons or wooly mammoths.

Presidential history is crazy. Andrew Jackson was having duels WHILE PRESIDENT.

Also, thanks for listening to the album. Hope you liked it.

R.I.P. Harris Wittles. A wonderful comic, executive producer of Parks & Rec, and great on twitter. "Harris' Phone Corner" was one of the first segments I loved about the "Comedy Bang Bang" podcast. A really funny dude.

On Netflix, they have new specials from Eugene Mirman (Yay! I loved it.) and Demetri Martin (slightly less than Yay! I liked it.)

Liza Treyger was killing it in Chicago and now she's moved to New York. So far, she's been doing ok... if by "ok", you mean released her debut album and had her first Comedy Central half-hour air. It's pretty great and you should check it out.

A wonderful comedian I had the pleasure of knowing for years named Megan Gailey makes her tv debut on Conan tonight. Check her out. It's gonna be good.

Just watched Garfunkel and Oates: Trying to Be Special...this is mostly songs I was familiar with but there is a value added to the unique playing to an audience and of course the banter that makes it more than just hearing what you know and love.

Also, not sure if I mentioned it anywhere on the forum but a month or two ago I plowed through the three Iliza Shlesinger specials that are on Netflix and laughed quite a bit at them.

I love Jimmy Carr. Anyone else have large lists of shows that are worthwhile? I am always looking for more comedy and am almost done with this year's crop of British panel shows.
