I'm so sorry pix.  Whenever we do this is fine with me.

Here's the new timeline: I'll get ballots up on Tuesday night this week. You'll have until Sunday to submit. And we'll announce winners the following Tuesday (March 24) in a chat at 7 or 8pm eastern time. That sound okay?

Sounds good. I haven't used this extra time wisely but this is still my most prepared year.

Final ballots sent via private message and also posted here. I'm not available next week as originally planned, so I set the submission deadline as March 29, with winners to be announced on March 31.

I actually said March 28th, but I meant March 29th. Oops.

Best Sound
     Godzilla
     Interstellar
     Under the Skin
     Whiplash
     The Wind Rises

This was a tough one. Usually I have a favorite, but there are three films here - G, UtS, WR - that could make my Top 10 Sound of the Decade.

I ended up voting for a surprising number of films I didn't love, but that excelled at certain aspects.

Best Scene (Dramatic)
The Beach Scene, Under the Skin
     Confessional, Calvary
     Finale, Whiplash
     Going off to College, Boyhood
Was I Rushing or Dragging?, Whiplash

Best Scene (Comedic)
     At the Bar, Force Majeure
Calling the Society of the Crossed Keys, The Grand Budapest Hotel
     Captain's Daughter, 22 Jump Street
Frank Presents His Most Likable Song Ever, Frank
Time in a Bottle, X-Men Days of Future Past

Best Shot
Drop to the Beach, Edge of Tomorrow
     Final Shot, The Immigrant
     On My Way, Whiplash
Tank 360, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
Two Shots in One, Goodbye to Language 3D

Does anyone have any links to these? Especially the shots.

'On my way' shot for Whiplash is when he's in the car trying to get to the show right?
