The Music of 2016

Not sure what all is slated for release this year that I would be excited about, but...

New Tedeschi Trucks Band dropped today and that is all that matters for me since they're my favorite band!

Any thoughts on the new Kanye?

It may be my least favorite album of his, which is to say I really like it a lot. But it does feel very hodgepodge to me, like a lot of tracks are thrown together as opposed to a full cohesive album.

I'll give it a listen once Tidal files for chapter 11. Thinking June.

Though he's still changing it at this point: http://pitchfork.com/thepitch/1059-kanye-west-is-still-changing-the-life-of-pablo-does-it-matter/

Listened to both the new Yeasayer and Explosions in the Sky about five times each today while reading. They're both great!
