Are nominees ordered by number of nominations or is it random ?

I'll be revisiting the nominees for Debut Feature tonight. There could be ripple effects with Surprise and Overlooked Film as well.

I would love to see A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night or Gett get that spot - it was a great year for debuts by women filmmakers.  (Too bad about The Diary of a Teenage Girl, though.)

Alphabetical by film title (I hope).

Also, is deadline for final submission still April 2 or is it also moved back?

Like moved back a week. I'll post an update soon.

Also glad that 45 Years didn't make it anywhere so that it can get a full push next year.
That's my thought on the lack of The Lobster.

45 Years, The Lobster, and Taxi are the three films that were in strong contention for Overlooked Film but will instead be re-eligible in 2016.

Don't forget Tangerines (hopefully).

I work on the complete list of re-eligible films in a couple weeks, but Tangerines won't be on there, due to a US DVD release date in 2015.

(Yours was the only ballot it appeared upon.)
