I made the list before the new trailer. It was just outside my Top 10.

I am annoyed that I have no data that can help me predict how Warcraft will fare. And I am predicting Ghostbusters will fare like the less successful movies of its cast and director but cannot give very good reasons why. Mostly, I am betting for the other movies than against it. The BFG is another unknown but I am betting for the Spielberg allure and whatever remnants of nostalgia might be left around.

Warcraft seems like a huge wildcard in this. I could see it being a massive hit or a massive bust.

It's going to be at least mildly successful.
It's my game of choice and I think most of the community is going to see it - either to trash it or support it but Blizzard is offering free game copy with a ticket purchase.
Great marketing.

Has there ever been a game movie that has done well?

But it could be the end of the world.....

Resident Evil franchise did moderately well...Tomb Raider.
Prince of Persia. Angry Birds is making money.

Warcraft was my number 11, in the end I marked it down for being a game movie, same as I did for Angry Birds.

Neighbors 2 isn't the R-rated comedy success you're looking for.

Angry Birds is actually doing well... too well.
