How did I know it was Pride & Prejudice, or how did I know you'd have more frames prepared? :)

I can answer both questions!

#1 question answered: It's because it's Pride & Prejudice! As for the shot of the cockatoo, Jo Wright wanted to match the bird with the voice-over of Lady Catherine de Bourg. He's not sure how well it worked, but now that I know what he was after, it works fine.

#2 question answered: Because your name is smirnoff! You're always prepared. :)

Such a beautiful film. You could practically make screen shots of the whole thing. Thanks for compiling those pics--they're excellent! Makes me want to watch it right now. Did you just see it?

No, I just happened to have it handy. I wonder if I could've found a frame you wouldn't recognize! It was hard to find one that didn't immediately give away the era.
