Filmspotting Fantasy Basketball League 2016-2017
« on: October 21, 2016, 08:38:14 AM »
The previous thread was closed, so I'm opening a new one.  Can we add it to the top?

I totally forgot about the draft last night, which is sad since I set up the league. It's possible this might lead to a better team, though. Time to take a look...

How did everyone do at the draft?

Mr. Hutchinson and I were playing cards with friends, so we both auto drafted. Not knowing a ton about basketball, this was probably for the best for me. Hutch is more of an NBA fan.

That being said, I guess I kind of like my team. Glad I got plenty of Centers, and Reggie Jackson from my team last year.

EDIT: Although, I guess Jackson is hurt...so Ish Smith it is!

I must have been picking near the end of the round. My top ranked guys are 9 and 12. Yikes!

Did anyone actually show up for the draft? I didn't remember it until 40 minutes after it started and it was already done.

I was out of town and missed it. Really sad because this ended up being my only league this year. At least Yahoo gave me a bunch of guys that I actually wanted.

Hoping the Boogie trade only increases his value. I'm a little worried with competing with Davis, but that could also help him a great deal. Had a good first game with the new team, once again filling up the statsheet.

Congrats on the win! My team just couldn't put it together in the last week. Nice job.
