Which means that, unless KOL recants, the poll will look silly in 2021.
Or people will rightly assume I am not a wise man.

They are totally epic!

There was a great piece on Robert Plant in The Guardian last week.

They are!

I'm enjoying the song picks in the article. Thanks for the link!

As am I.  Sandy, we should have a Robert Plant listening party.

Saw Guardians of the Galaxy for the Filmspots. It was alright. I liked the songs.

Captain America: Civil War 7/10
Captain America: The Winter Soldier 7/10
The Avengers 7/10
Captain America: The First Avenger 6/10
Iron Man 6/10
The Avengers: Age of Ultron 6/10*
Thor 6/10
Spider-Man: Homecoming 6/10
Guardians of the Galaxy 5/10
Iron Man 3 5/10
The Incredible Hulk 5/10
Thor: Ragnarok 4/10
Iron Man 2 1/10
Thor: The Dark World 1/10

*Need to revisit, I guess. Fell asleep at multiple parts. Mostly not bad though.

I don't know why I keep torturing myself with these. There's occasional flashes of brilliance (the CAPTAIN AMERICA trilogy is about so many things, I love how it flips the military industrial complex - the very one that led to the creation of the Captain - on its head in the second and third films), but the franchise focus and the strict adherence to problematic comic book tropes (literally HOW MANY DEAD MOMS? HOW MANY DAMSELS IN DISTRESS? etc.) too often undermines any significant thematic exploration.

You pick a day, time and album and I'll be there!

Please do "Raising Sand", the album he dd with Alison Krauss and produced by T-Bone Burnett. It's truly perfection.

Actually, that was the first one I had in mind.  Masterwork.
