Has anyone heard anyone quote a Star Wars movie made after ROTJ in real life?

What about when Anakin says "it's working!" or maybe something from RotS?

I say this all the time.  :D

"That's not how The Force works."

I've heard this one frequently two ways. If the speaker thinks the listener(s) won't get the reference they will replace "The Force" with whatever is being discussed.
"That's not how the shopping works."/"That's not how children work."
The tone of the delivery tips off that it's based on the Force Awakens line.

If the speaker thinks the listener(s) WILL get the reference they will say the exact quote, knowing the listeners can make the replacement themselves.
"Donald Trump is going to ignore the subpoena."
"That's not how The Force works."

I've been in conversations where a group can't decide on something or the first, best option is unavailable and after making backup plans, someone will say “The garbage’ll do.”

I've heard "So who talks first? You talk first? I talk first?" as an icebreaker.

From The Last Jedi:
I've been told, “I’ve seen your daily routine. You are not busy.”
When someone doesn't like something they read, I've twice now heard, “Page turners, they were not.”

Following many Donald Trump tweets, I've seen this meme.

Alright, fair enough.

"I hate sand" would be great in a tinder profile.

I've actually seen this. Pretty sure I swiped right.

I've been in conversations where a group can't decide on something or the first, best option is unavailable and after making backup plans, someone will say “The garbage’ll do.”

I love everything you said but this one is my favourite. I'll use it next time I have to invite people for something.

I quote the prequels regularly. Most times as references/jokes but sometimes the quote works in context. If I don't want to go the beach I'll use the I hate sand line. Calling someone young padawan is a great way to condescend to them. Yoda is always quotable. Episode VIII also has a bunch of great lines. Kill the past is a stand out, use it next time you're deleting embarrassing pictures.

You should check out r/prequelmemes if you want a taste.

"Only Sith deal in absolutes" is one I've seen used, or variations of it.

I used it on my supervisor the other day when she told me if my work wasn't flawless then it was rubbish. She was not amused.

Why is Spring Breakers never on sale?

Amazon is doing their pre-Prime Day stuff and there are select digital things you can rent or own at a discount. So, like, tonight I'll probably rent The Commuter for $2, but honestly I'll likely buy it because it's only $5. Yet SB I can rent for $2, but the option to own is still $13. Dumb.
