Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
The Nice Guys

Iron Man 3

So much fun. Would love to see something a little more serious and see how he goes. The non-conformity of The Nice Guys (plot wise) makes me think it could be even better than his output thus far.

He was your favourite working writer or a while. Do you like his non-directed stuff better?

I like him much more as a writer. As a director, he's functional. The best thing he does is protect the quirkiness of his scripts.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang 8/10
The Nice Guys 5/10
Iron Man 3 4/10

I feel that I may appreciate his Iron Man more now that everything in the MCU blends together. He made a few good choices with that movie.
