13th - easy to watch, it's just a documentary which, eh...

45 Years - Who knows, this is about old people, right?

Cameraperson - Ugh...at least it's not a Wiseman thing that will screen once ever on PBS, I guess.

Deepwater Horizon - SMDH...how???

Embrace of the Serpent - Wanted to see this at PFF 2015, but couldn't fit it in.

The Forbidden Room - I've owned but not watched BRAND UPON THE BRAIN! for more years than I can remember, guess it's time to fit Guy in.

Kill Zone 2 - I've never played a Killzone game, and because of when Horizon comes out, I'll have to pass it up for a while since Zelda is three days later :/ Oh, this also played a PFF, but a very late showing I couldn't make.

Lemonade - Dumb. Also, Beyonce doesn't make good music a lot of the time. Is this still on HBO Go?

Long Way North - No idea.

Mustang - No idea.

O.J.: Made In America - Are we sure this isn't this year's Wiseman ThingTM in disguise? I watched the first two episodes in August and got bored, but I knew this was coming. Now I just need to figure out how to watch it.

Toni Erdmann - Didn't even vote for this since I'm seeing it either today or Tuesday.

Sunset Song - Another one I couldn't find time for during PFF 2015, also couldn't find time for the Dickenson one from PFF 2016.

Weiner - Seriously, CINECAST! documentaries.

I just realized that my "Not interested" list contains all the other docs nominated along with Cameraperson. Guess that will weaken my vote for it quite a bit.

I just can't muster up much interest for story-driven docs about events and issues, which most of those seem to be. That doesn't mean "CINECAST! docs" like FLY, though. I've seen 11 docs this year and the good-to-great ones were almost all observational and contemplative. Cameraperson comes up at #4 among them, btw.

This poll is just for fun and personal reference, so vote early and often!
Okay, thanks for clarifying.

Seen 34 of 46. My watchlist:

45 Years
Deadpool
Elle
Embrace of the Serpent
The Forbidden Room
The Invitation
Kill Zone 2
Lemonade
Long Way North
Mustang
The Neon Demon
Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping

I'm not doing too bad. Most of these only have one nomination to begin with. Deadpool leads with 3, while Mustang and Elle have 2. I guess those three will be the priority first.

The right priority. Except for Mustang. Long Way North should be number 3.

For all my grousing about the over-nominating on the FYCs, it looks like the nomination list turned out to be about the same size as last year (?)

Will see:
- Cameraperson
(does the 2/7 Criterion release date precede the voting deadline?)

May see:
- Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping

Not interested:
- Deepwater Horizon
- The Forbidden Room
- The Jungle Book
- Kill Zone 2
- Kubo and the Two Strings
- Long Way North
- Moana
- Sunset Song
- Weiner
- Zootopia
(probably abstaining in "Best Overlooked" category: for 4/5, I overlooked for a reason)

Not a movie, not interested:
- Lemonade

It does, yeah. Final ballots will be due a month from now. (Cameraperson is also on Amazon Prime, by the way.)
