I am missing 11. I should be able to catch up on most of them.

The Handmaiden
Toni Erdmann
Certain Women
Moonlight
The Fits
Embrace of the Serpent
Deepwater Horizon
The Edge of Seventeen
The Forbidden Room
Kill Zone 2
Fences

I will be able to watch most of them I think. Not The Handmaiden sadly, and some I will miss because, well, no.

I never thought I would see Deepwater Horizon get nominated when I decided to skip it at the cinema...

Long Way North
Love & Friendship

Not sure how you feel about animation in general but I would prioritise these. I would also recommend some of the others you show less interest in but I suppose by now you must know how you feel about Linklater well enough.

Pixar over Disney? I missed those actually but this is the one year when one should be looking the way of Disney.

I really enjoyed the Dory character (and Degeneres's performance) in Finding Nemo.

For everyone that's still quick to dismiss Lemonade, even if you don't like the music (you're wrong), it's extremely pretty to watch.

I think the dismissal was more about whether its really in the spirit of the Soundtrack category. Like, as much as I love Radiohead, I wouldn't want 7 Television Commercials or Meeting People Is Easy winning Best Soundtrack in the 1998 Retrospots, anymore than I'd want The Last Waltz winning in 1978. Those aren't perfectly fair comparisons, but maybe it hints at root of the reaction to the Lemonade nomination. To me the category is about the selection/creation of music to complement the movie — with standalone listenability being a key but secondary factor. I feel like concert films and the like only meet the second half of that criteria and not really the first.

All that being said, I'm actually quite enthusiastic about watching Lemonade, if I can find it.

I think I'd love how awkward it'd be, or how awkward it should be.

Yeah, I get it, but I still think it's very much worth seeking out even for those who aren't a fan of her music. I'm not going to pretend like I spend much time differentiating between the two. In the case of Lemonade (the film), it was my first exposure to the music and although each song segment could've been removed as it's own standalone video, in the film version all of the videos are linked by material that doesn't exist in Lemonade (the album). I actually thought about nominating it in a few more categories but figured it was a wasted vote.
