Old Stone is not re-eligible?

We carried forward only things which made a final Filmspot ballot and are re-eligible again this year. By all indications, Old Stone will again be eligible for the 2017 Filmspots.

This goes for anyone, if you don't see an FYC for something you think ought to be re-eligible, and would like to put it forth for consideration, please do so.
