I am terrible at remembering performances, or even at spotting them at all in some cases. I am afraid such a Top 100 would just be a list of explosive roles because that's what I would be able to recall.

Maybe it's time for another FS Top 100 Performances thread? The last one was 2011. I'd be curious to see DH's picks.

I can see a number of changes I'd make to my my own list. It seems crazy to use up four slots for all the leads in Linda Linda Linda (I do think they're all great though!).

I mean, there's only three possible Lindas to pick from.

Nothing wrong with that! You can still differentiate, can't you? Good explosive (Nicolas Cage, Matchstick Men ) and bad explosive (Nicolas Cage, The Wicker Man).

I voted for DDL, obvi. There's recency bias, of course, and Streep has a hell of a career, but I'm way more excited for DDL's upcoming work than Meryl's.
