I thought I understood the difference between Soundtrack and Score, but I clearly don't.

Score is original material specifically crafted for the movie. Soundtrack is when you're using already existing songs in your musical makeup. Don't let Bondo tell you otherwise.

That was also my understanding... but everyone in this topic seems to disagree.

Don't let that stop you from being pedantic and right.

I forgot a couple soundtracks I listen to a lot: O Brother Where Art Thou? and Inside Llewyen Davis.

Once is a musical, but I listen to the album differently than other musicals.  To me, it's just another album by the Swell Season.

Should I privilege movies whose entire soundtrack I listen to or the ones that have the songs I have most listened to?

I leaned toward entire soundtracks, but it's up to you.

Oh Brother, Where Art Thou? is the best soundtrack I can think of. I wracked my brain for something else that comes close and there's just nothing.

The Crow is one of those soundtracks I can throw on any time and remember how great the 90s were

Crow: City of Angels is an underrated soundtrack:
"In a Lonely Place" (Bush)
"Jurassitol" (Filter)
"I'm Your Boogieman" (White Zombie)
"Gold Dust Woman" (Hole)
"Naked Cousin" (P.J. Harvey)
