Top 5 Movie Numbers

The numbers must feature in the movie in some manner, not just the title. That aside, you can make up your own rules.

Interesting topic. I'm glad you framed it in terms of using the number in the movie. These aren't my five favorite movies with a number in the title, but they're the ones that came to mind when I think about the significance of the number to the content of the film.

The 39 Steps
the "Up" series
2001: A Space Odyssey
6ixtynin9
Seven Samurai

Bonus short: Powers of Ten

Bonus tv series: The Prisoner (over Lost).

I think I'd love how awkward it'd be, or how awkward it should be.

Se7en
United 93
12 Angry Men
Miracle on 34th Street
The 4th Man
One Two Three
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
One Hour With You
The Taking of Pelham One Two Three
Oceans 11
Fahrenheit 9/11
The Big Red One

I threw in some extra because for many the number is important in terms of the size of the ensemble, such as Ocean's 11 (where Pitt and Clooney add up the number of people they need to pull the heist) or Se7en (the number of victims matching to the 7 Deadly Sins)

The movies that I recall has the most to do with numbers:
Drowning by Numbers
Pi
The Number 23

But I couldn't recommend any of them

Okay, I see everyone went with numbers featured in the title so I am going to post examples to demonstrate better what I meant:

42
237 (This one counts double)
24601

No more ideas.

I refrain from 7 because that one has been used ad nauseam, so much so that it has become a cliché, however much one might like Se7en. 13 also goes into that category, though arguably movies such as 13th that use it in different ways are not cliché.

And I went with movies that dealt with numbers.  Your examples, DH, is where numbers take a role in the movie, but aren't necessarily central to them?
