It probably is, but given my lack of enthusiasm for the original I won't see it. More reasons not to see it include: Grandpa Ford rehashing yet another roll.

It is also disconnected enough from the original that you can see it pretending it's a standalone movie.

The subplots of BLADE RUNNER 2049 detract a lot from the main storyline. Ryan Gosling's acting is pretty bad too.
The original all the way.
