Sorcerer (to patriotically criticize it as obviously inferior to the original  ::))

Bah Humbug, but we shall perhaps see.

Junior, 1SO, and Sandy love the choices. 1SO it will be interesting to see what someone else thinks about Boxing Day.

@DH, why not Jodorowsky? Also "I don't know the others." Do you mean you are not interested in them or know little about them?

@Bondo
I like your bolded choices, but an itch in my head suggests Twilight Samurai over A Shot in the Dark for you. I cannot name the source of the itch.

Is this itch aware that I don't like Kurosawa?

Twilight Samurai is not Kurasawa, but we are talking about picking between 2 films on my top 100 so which ever you pick it will be interesting to read your views on the film.

Dave, I think that I’ll order Korean (either Oldboy or else Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter… And Spring; maybe both) before the date with Sandy.

Everything I know about Jodorowsky indicates I would loathe his movies.

I litterally know nothing about the other movies. Besides what I Googled I mean.

People can hate Kurosawa? How long has this been going on?

Don't forget the kimchi and soju.

Definitely watching Sorcerer, and I'll probably watch Dead Man Walking which I think I've seen but don't remember. We'll see after that.

And I have been meaning to watch Apocalypse Now for a really long time.

Yesterday there was a projection of the movie but I had other plans, alas.

Disappointing.  I've always been meaning to see it on the big screen, but never have.

I've started both A Shot in the Dark and Goodbye, Mr. Chips and I can't say either made much impression on me. I've got a few more things to try in order to get a qualifying review in.
