Under the Skin (2013)
La La Land (2016)
Inside Out (2015)

But looking at my top 100, it looks like I had La La Land higher than Under the Skin there, so who knows.

Easy, Under the Skin. Inside Out was okay, and I have seen all but the last 30min of La La Land, but it would be a miracle if those 30 mins brought it up to the level of UtS.

Inside Out and Under the Skin are very close in my liking (both 4/4), but I prefer Pixar over artsy sci fi, a little bit.

Under the Skin by a wide, wide margin.

Wait, Inside Out was one of the three very good Pete Docter movies you mentioned? But you don't like that movie.

Inside Out
La La Land
Under the Skin

I don't know, I should probably rewatch Inside Out at some point.

Also, how the hell...?

Under The Skin by a hair over Inside Out. Would be interested in seeing 3 Billboards against this group after enough people have seen it.

I would say "second" but I haven't watched it yet. Hope it warrants it.

Under the Skin... I don't even know how do describe it. All I can say is that Jonathan Glazer, Shane Carruth and Darren Aronofsky are all kind of digging in the same area imo. Upsteam Color and Under the Skin were not for me. The Fountain I like a lot. They are all probably equally intelligible (which is to say, barely), but The Fountain is just an awesome audio visual montage where the other two films are bleak and never step on the gas imo.

I haven't seen La La Land. It's queued up behind Chicago and cutting off my own foot.

Inside Out was moving. The second time I saw it I wasn't quite as charmed. Michael Giacchino's score is great though. :)

Aronofsky is heaps more intelligible than Carruth or Glazer.

And you break my heart by not watching La La Land but okay.
