Basically both of your lists.

I do recommend Colossal. I found it surprisingly moving, especially the end.

I don't think I can technically catch up with movies that haven't been released yet, but there's a ton of those I am waiting for. That aside, I missed a few too, or they are just never going to get a release here, I think. This is discounting what I am not interested in at all.

Raw
The Square
Lucky
BPM
Girl's Trip

Actually, this is stupid, I am just going to list everything, I don't have the time to check these release dates.

Lady Bird
The Disaster Artist
The florida Project
The Post
free fire
The Beguiled (?)
Mudbound
Princess Cyd
The Killing of a Sacred Deer
The Shape of Water
Thelma
Columbus
Jumanji
Three Billboards...
Battle of the Sexes
Happy Deat Day
Molly's Game
Brawl in Cell...
I Don't feel at Home...(?)
Ingrid Goes West (?)
Nathan for You
Phantom Thread
Last flag flying
Wonder Wheel
Gerald's Game
Big Little Lies
The Breadwinner
In a Heartbeat
Professor Marston...(?)
World of Tomorrow 2
The Trip to Spain
I Love You Daddy
Pitch Perfect 3

I will probably not get to all of them. I marked some I am not sure I want to watch at all. Not counting SW because it's not out yet.

The top:

Phantom Thread
Three Billboards Outside of Ebbing Missouri
Molly's Game
Lady Bird

Okja and Mudbound I guess ? Oh, and Logan Lucky which I missed. For the rest I'm just waiting for them to be released.

I think

The Beguiled
mother!

Were my two biggest misses during the year. Not sure I will catchup with them though, as it doesn't appear to be any awards push from the studios for either.

You should watch The Beguiled, C-Dub, there will be Filmspots pushing for anything involving #TeamElle

4 years late but I've heard great things about The Shape of Water but never got around to watching it, excited to watch it on Disney+ this coming weekend hopefully it lives up to my expectations!
