You could vote for Michael Myers' knives, but that's boring.
Vehicles and mounted weapons don't count.

?

I would have thought you'd be all over the minigun in T2, smirnoff. It's the first thing I thought of.

Yes! These are the weapons that stand out to me, not laser guns or magic swords or Thor's hammer.
Although Rose McGowan's leg in
Planet Terror
was pretty damn memorable.

Eliminating the obvious - though nobody has mentioned them yet...
Lightsaber
Death Star
Indiana Jones' whip
1. Aliens - Pulse Rifle with Grenade Launcher
2. Goldfinger - Oddjob's hat
3. Evil Dead 2 - Chainsaw hand
4. Kill Bill - Gogo's chain mace
5. Shaun of the Dead - Cricket Bat
HM: Austin Powers - Sharks with Frickin’ Laser Beams Attached To Their Heads

The Death Star is a vehicle, not a weapon.
I see no reason anyone should exclude lightsabers.
