Is Breadwinner going to get a release in time? I missed it when it screened in Philly because I was sick, like I have been all fall and winter.
I can't tell you how happy I am that not one but two horror films were nominated for BP
I mean
The Post was only saved from being the worst thing I saw in 2017 by the abysmal Netflixxx original
Reality High, but calling it a horror film is a little harsh
Franco not being nominated is dumb. I'd be fine with PT, TSOW, LB, CMBYN, and 3B winning BP, do wish TFP was nominated though. Big fan of
On Body And Soul getting a nomination, also liked
The Square a ton and want to see
Loveless a good deal since I liked
Leviathan enough.
Animation is what it is. Think the voting rules for it changed again this year, right? Explains why a lot of the G-Kids stuff didn't garner nominations. Hope
Birdboy gets a release soon. Feel like there are other things I wanted to say, but I'll post later.
