I'll have to think about final rankings. Sounds like a good Friday project! I must say, I did have a lot of fun doing this project, and it was way more rewarding having a companion and a group to discuss the films with. Thanks to smirnoff especially! And everyone else who chimed in here.

Thanks Corndog, I enjoyed the patnership. There's nothing quite like being able get the immediate feedback of someone who also just watched it. :)

A lot of these are pretty close, but I feel pretty good about the groupings.

Series rankings:

1. First Contact
2. The Voyage Home
3. Into Darkness
4. The Wrath of Khan

5. The Undiscovered Country
6. Star Trek
7.Generations
8. Beyond
9. The Search for Spock
10. Nemesis

11. Insurrection
12. The Motion Picture
13. The Final Frontier

The groupings don't show up in list view. You might want to color-code.

Series rankings:

  • First Contact
  • The Voyage Home
  • Into Darkness
  • The Wrath of Khan
  • The Undiscovered Country
  • Star Trek
  • Generations
  • Beyond
  • The Search for Spock
  • Nemesis
  • Insurrection
  • The Motion Picture
  • The Final Frontier

So the even-numbered ones seem to be better, huh? (With one exception.) Who knew!

I'd cluster them like this I guess.

Really enjoyed
First Contact
The Undiscovered Country
Into Darkness

Enjoyable, but uneven
Generations
Insurrection
The Search for Spock
The Wrath of Khan

Watchable, with moments of enjoyment
Beyond
Star Trek
The Motion Picture

Hard to take
Nemesis
The Voyage Home
The Final Frontier
