Definitely Pride & Prejudice (2005). I can watch scenes from it over and over and never tire of the chemistry between Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy. Lucky for me, Youtube has lots of compilation clips of those scenes set to music.

Also Tender Mercies, as the most aching heartfelt movie I've ever seen. The resolve is a beautiful ending.
