2016 puts the film outside the three-year window, but historically we've give a single year leeway for a film that started on the festival circuit and finally found release. Any official international release in 2016 would disqualify the film, but I'm guessing all those 2016 dates in IMDb are festivals.

tl;dr - Eligible.
