Serenity (2019)
« on: August 28, 2019, 11:45:37 PM »
What I thought was going to be a really interesting noir, turned into something very different.  I enjoyed this, though I am not certain this was a good movie.  McConnaughey, Hathaway, Hounsou are all great, but it just seemed slightly incomplete.  A millenial-internet-noir?

Oh, it's definitely good. Mostly because of how nuts it is. I can admire the commitment, you know? It's really only once a year, if that, when something like this comes out.

I'm super intrigued now. I liked Locke and Knight is a pretty good writer.
