The guy we see in the hologram near the end; is he from previous episodes of The Mandalorian or from any of the movies? I recognize the actor and I'm pretty sure I've seen him before.

He was the big bad of the finale last season, played by Giancarlo Esposito, who has been in literally every tv show and most movies.

Oh yeah, I think we've seen him before too, last season, with Weber Herzog at some point.

Correct. He's Dr. Pershing and he was in Chapters 1 and 3.

The real mystery is how much will the fans build up Admiral Jeff Blue Jeans?

All that is to say, I'm very excited for this Friday's episode, "The Jedi", written and directed by Filoni.

That was like Christmas. With a Michael Biehn stocking stuffer.

Well, they name dropped the only character that could pull me back into this thing (Thrawn). Guess I'll be catching back up soon.

Really enjoyed the nod to Friedkin’s Sorceror in the latest episode.

I was thinking more Wages of Fear but I guess they're basically the same movie.
