I’m also curious to compare the nominees from each individual year to the nominees for the decade. What film with the lowest percentage of votes in a given year made this ballot? What decade nominees didn’t win their respective years? Et cetera.

I'll send you my data. I started looking at how films did vs. how they did originally, but we're such a different group now and I didn't want to get hung up on those differences.

I'll do stats later.

Best Picture: A couple of 1st place votes helped Upstream Color edge out Parasite

I’ve almost seen everything there, which is pretty good for me.  Looks like I am short about 5. Upstream edging out Parasite is confounding to me but not for me to complain.

Now, The FL Project? That was part me.
One of my favorite surprises was the support for Bria Vinaite. She was on almost as many ballots as Willem Dafoe.

Would have liked to see more noms for The Favourite.

Not many of my top picks got through 9 out of 22.

Oh well, that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Inception was 1SO's #2 film of the decade (per his recently finished marathon)...it was also my #2. My top three all got nominated for Best Picture, so that's pretty neat.

How many ballots did you get? I wish I'd had time to get one in but planning for covid teaching has kept me busy. :'(
