I saw Holes and I, Robot, but I just don't remember him.

He's also going to be in f*cking Transformers by Michael Bay.

Man, he's going to get beaten to death.

I saw Holes- I thought it was great and that he was good as the lead. It didn't require that much of him though... I don't believe I've seen any of his other work.

Rent the DVD of Season 2 of "Project Greenlight" to get a great primer and perspective on Shia Labeouf.  That guy is loaded with talent, and if I were a producer or director he'd be exactly the kind of guy I'd want to be working with.

I've had love for Shia Labeouf ever since Greenlight... if he could put up with the riffraff, he's ok with me. ;)  Plus, I think he's adorable and funny as hell... oh, and he was in Constantine (which was awful, but he had a few funny lines)

Have you ever read the book?  It's really good.  Very underrated.

Yup. I thought it was great- you know of any others that are similar? I like finding good childrens books for when I have an evening to kill and feel like reading (I rarely have more than a couple hours to read non-required texts).

I suggest The Phantom Tollbooth. It is my favorite book ever. And it has great line drawings that add so much character to the story. You will like this book if you like reading.
