Who Killed Amanda Palmer? - Amanda Palmer (of the Dresden Dolls)

Gentlemen - The Afghan Whigs (a very under rated 90's band)

Is the Amanda Palmer album pretty similar to DD?

Agreed on Afghan Whigs. Greg Dulli's Twilight Singers is also great.

Amanda is going to be Amanda - it's similar to DD but (obviously) the drumming is not as intense (Viglione, the Dolls' drummer is simply amazing) and the production is stepped up even more so than on Yes, Virginia. Ben Folds produced it if that gives you an idea of what you'd be in store for. After a first listen, I would say it's well worth the $$$ if you are a Dolls fan (which I am).

Well, it's been a while since I've had some Metallica.  I used to have them on tape but not anymore.

Now, in anticipation for Death Magnetic, I'm downloading the first four albums and then the new one.  Ride the Lightning has been completed and heard and Kill 'Em All is being downloaded at the moment.

Get the Guitar Hero mix of Death Magnetic, it's so much better than the retail.

Music from the three colors trilogy
-Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.

-James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

TV on the Radio's "Dear Science"

I really wish they would give their albums better titles.
