I've made my last major purchase for a while as I just ordered...

I got the $30 vinyl deluxe edition because I was informed they still haven't reached the 100 order cut off for signed copies so I am getting

    * Signed 2xLP by Cage and Alex Pardee (first 100 orders)
    * 11x17 Poster
    * DFM Stickers
    * Digital Download of Depart from Me
    * Digital Download of Depart From Me Instrumentals
    * Download of I Never Knew You EP + Instrumentals
    * PDF Booklet

(Ships July 1)

I'm pretty excited even though I don't have anything to play the vinyl with, though I hope to get a record player in the future. Still, it's signed by Cage, which kicks ass, and it will be like a personal collector's item.

Just started the first song. The instruments are good, but these vocals are making me sad. This guy actually just started singing though, which is good because I do not care for the metal growl.

I forgot how hauntingly beautiful this score was...

Just heard it today.  CINECAST!in' hell!  I think it's amazing.  It's metal but also not metal in some ways.  It's a mixture of dreamy shoegaze and metal.  I dig it!

Have you heard any of their other albums?

Me? No. I also got through the record today. I didn't care for it much at all.

It was more directed at thevoid, but sure.  I was really into Isis a few years ago but didn't care much for the last two albums so I wasn't sure if I was going to bother checking this one out.
