I'm listening to this at the moment and whoa...

Got this and new Vivian Girls, Six Organs of Admittance, Pissed Jeans, Mi And L'au, Lightning Dust, and Steve Earle's Townes for my August MDC.

I'm trying to remember, I quite like that one and most of Cat's stuff, but was let down by Jukebox, the cover song idea was good, the execution not so much.

Yeah, I'm not sure why it didn't work the second time around because her first covers album was pretty solid.  Jukebox is definitely her weakest album and one I never go back to.

New York was pretty good but it went downhill from there. I listen to that cover then head back to Moon Pix.

Finishing off Mixtape Messiah 7 with Discs 3 and 4. I do not think there is any new material here, just different mixes, but I'll see what Watts does with the first disc and having the thing Screwed and Chopped on the second is great. I understand why, especially considering his profile and the obvious statement Cham wanted to make by choosing him, Cham went with 5000 Watts, but not having O.G. Ron C do the chopping feels odd.

I downloaded this record but deleted it because of the bad audio quality.

Meanwhile, in the past few days, some records that has been leaked.

Vivian Girls-Everything Goes Wrong
Hope Sandoval & the Warm Inventions-Through the Devil Softly
