Pick up Bruce Campbell's If Chin's Could Kill, it's a good read.
"What about Oliver Stone?"

"Ummm, send him meat."

Even better: get the audio book, read by the man himself.
It's hilarious!

I have just put my hands on a coveted book - a French book - it's an anthology of all the articles/reviews/interviews etcetera about Alain Resnais published by Positif in the first 50 years of the magazine - it was published in 2002, I own every issue of Positif from 2001 to today, now I have all the writing about one of my favourite directors from the writers of my favourite magazine  :)
At a first look and reading the introduction it is really good, it is a different perspective reading about Last Year in Marienbad and seeing how divisive the film was from the start, even within the writers of the same magazine and it's great to see how lively the debate was at the time.
